Wellness Bomb

It’s that time of year where there is a great deal of accidental sharing of respiratory threats.

Since I began my oily journey 2 1/2 years ago, I have totally embraced these bottles of goodness rather than popping over the counter options.


I soooo love our Wellness Blend of 10 drops each of Frank, Tea Tree, Oregano, On Guard and 15 drops of Lemon topped up with Fractionated Coconut Oil in a 10 ml roller ball. I roll this onto my throat, neck, chest and feet.


I also like to diffuse one drop of the first four and two of Lemon. When I’m fighting a bigger health battle than usual, like right now, I will add 2 drops of Lemon, On Guard and Oregano with some avo or olive oil to a Vege Cap, down it with a big glass of water (ensuring that I have good fats in my belly first). I only do this twice a day for a couple of days as Oregano is such a strong hot oil that I don’t want to over do it. Marjoram or Thyme can be swapped out for longer term use.

I really feel like I’m winning the battle by bombarding my body with these pure bottles of plant power. I have too much to do and to enjoy and no time to spend in bed for two or three days!!
