You will find your own balance of these oils, just pop a drop at a time into a 10ml roller ball, shake, inhale and see what makes you feel good.
10 drops Serenity/Lavender Peace

Bath Bombs
Mix 1 cup baking soda & cornflour, ½ cup citric acid & coconut oil.
Sprinkle edible glitter or confetti or add rose petals, potpourri etc.
Add 10-20 drops of your fave dōTERRA essential oils. We especially adore Lavender, Lemon & Lime, Lavender Peace or Citrus Bliss.
Sugar Scrub
¾ fill a glass jar with sugar.
Add melted coconut oil & a small amount of dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Add the dōTERRA oils of your choice. We like 15 drops each of Rosemary, Lemongrass and Lavender!
Pop lid on, tie with a pretty ribbon and add a spoon.

Aromatic Dressing
Give yourself a few minutes of self care as you step out of the shower each morning.
Add a few drops of your favourite oils to a good squirt of dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Try 2 drops each of dōTERRA Wild Orange & Lavender adn 1 drop of Frankincense.
Starting at your feet, give your body some love & appreciation working your way up towards your heart with circular motions.

20 drops of dōTERRA Citrus Bliss (or your other fave citrus oils)
Toilet Bombs
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup citric acid
10 drops dōTERRA Lemon essential oil
10 drops dōTERRA Lavender essential oil
10 drops dōTERRA Peppermint essential oil
1-2 teaspoons water SLOWLY added
(Press into silicon molds or grease tin ones with a little FCO and leave for a couple of hours)

Toilet Cleaner
1/2 cup baking soda
1/4 cup white vinegar
10 drops dōTERRA Tea Tree
Mattress Freshener
Add 1 cup of baking soda & 5 drops of dōTERRA Tea Tree to a jar, shake well & sprinkle over mattress.
Leave for 2 hours & vacuum off.
* We recommend witch hazel or vodka as a natural preservative when mixing essential oils and water
